Deewan Housing Loan
Home Loan
- The home loan seeker can avail loans up to Rs. 100, 00,000/- but not exceeding 85% of the cost of the property.
- The actual loan amount is determined after taking into account factors like repayment capacity, age, educational qualifications, stability and continuity of income, number of dependents, co-applicant's income, assets, liabilities, saving habits etc.
- The tenure of the loan ranges from 1 to 20 years. The term however does not extend beyond the retirement age or 60 years whichever is earlier (65 years for self employed individuals).
- The size of the EMI depends on the quantum of loan, interest rate applicable and tenure of loan.
- Prepayment of the loan, ahead of the contracted schedule in part or full, is permitted subject to payment of nominal fees / charges as stipulated by DHFL from time to time.
Plot Loans
- DHFL Plot Loans can be availed by individuals, whether salaried or self employed, to purchase non - agricultural land situated within Municipal / Local Development Authority limits.
- The loan seekers can avail these loans up to Rs. 10,00,000/- but not exceeding 85% of the cost of the plot.
- The tenure of the loan ranges from 1 to 20 years. The term however does not extend beyond the retirement age or 60 years whichever is earlier (65 years for self employed individuals).
- Prepayment of the loan, ahead of the contracted schedule in part or full, is permitted subject to payment of nominal fees / charges as stipulated by DHFL from time to time.
Care Taker Loans from DHFL - For NRIs
- NRI Home Loans are offered to Non Resident Indians (NRIs) for residential properties in India. These loans can be availed for purchase, construction, improvement & extension also.
- The NRI's can avail these loans up to Rs. 100, 00,000-/ but not exceeding the 85% of the cost of property / estimate (for improvement / extension).
